The conference fee includes participation in the paper sessions, simultaneous interpretation, conference materials, and refreshments served during coffee and lunch breaks. The amount of the conference fee depends on the registration date.

The gala dinner will take place on the first day of the conference, i.e., on 19 May 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the restaurant of the Esperanto Hotel (Legionowa 10, Bialystok) The cost of participation in the dinner is 75,00 EUR. The dinner can be purchased no later than 11 May 2026.

The online participation fee includes access to the paper sessions on both days of the conference and amounts to 75,00 EUR.

The cost of the study tour includes visits to exemplary green roofs and walls in Białystok, entrance tickets and a guide in the Białowieża Forest, as well as coach transportation and lunch. Participation in the study tour costs 85,00 EUR.

The amount of the conference fee will be generated based on the information provided in the registration form.

Participants who complete their payment after 14 May 2026 will be asked to present proof of payment on site before entering the conference. In the case of online participation, proof of payment should be sent by 18 May 2026 to: gmc.conference@psdz.pl
