Conference fee
The conference fee includes: participation in the oral sessions on the first day, simultaneous translation, conference materials, lunch and two coffee breaks.
The online participation fee includes online participation in the oral sessions on the first day of the conference.
Conference participants can also attend a dinner on the first day of the conference and a study tour on the second day at an additional charge.
Registration for the dinner scheduled for the first day of the conference is possible during the online registration no later than 15.04.2024. This is also an optional extra. The cost of participation in the dinner is EUR 45,00.
The fee for the trip (EUR 35,00) during the second day of the conference includes: transport (participants will be provided with a meeting point) and a tour of green infrastructure facilities in Warsaw.
If you are interested in a trip after April 7, 2024, please ask about availability when registering on the first day of the conference.
Those who pay the conference fee directly before the conference should present the conference fee transfer confirmation at registration.
